Common questions
Do I need a ChatGPT account?
No. Create a Command Ready account using Google or email and password. Email accounts need verification before you can save study records. Connecting an earlier ChatGPT study history is optional.
My verification or reset email has not arrived
Check your spam folder and the spelling of your email. Use Resend verification email on the sign-in screen, or Forgot password for recovery. Allow a few minutes between requests. If it still fails, send a support request below.
Google sign-in does not open
Allow the sign-in popup for Command Ready and try in your regular browser instead of an embedded social-media browser. If the account uses email and password, you can use that method instead. Do not create a second account just to recover progress.
Can I study without an account?
Yes. The five-question assessment and public guides are available without signing in. Create an account when you want access to the study workspace and saved progress. All current beta tools are free.
Where is my progress?
Use the same sign-in account on each device. Reconnect to the internet and return to Progress. Work saved to one account does not transfer to a different email. If you have just changed accounts in another tab, sign in again.
What works without a connection?
Some work in an already-open study workspace can queue on that device and save after you reconnect. Keep the tab open until connected. Reopening the full dashboard offline, live AI, and support requests require a connection. This beta is not a fully offline app.
Which exams does this cover?
The current original question sets focus on the OUPV Q100, Q170, Q171, and Q172 modules. Other license goals may have study guidance, but do not yet have a complete exam bank here. Read the official requirements for your endorsement and route.
Does this award a license or course certificate?
No. Command Ready is independent test preparation. Practice results do not predict passing or certify competence. It does not replace a Coast Guard-approved course, required experience, or the official examination.
How do I export or delete my records?
Open User Profile, then Your account and data. Download your study record before deletion if you want a copy. Deletion requires signing in again. Keep its screen open and retry if interrupted. If you cannot finish or sign in, use the privacy support option below.
